What's New

There's a new "Sync staff profile photos" setting in your Blackbaud and Veracross staff integration. Switch it on, and Orah brings each staff member's photo across during the sync alongside their other details. Photos then show up on staff profiles in Admin Console > Staff.

Why It Matters

Putting a face to a name helps everyone, especially when a new staff member joins or someone's covering an unfamiliar duty. With photos flowing in from the system you already maintain, your staff profiles stay complete without anyone uploading images by hand.

Next Steps

  1. Open your Blackbaud or Veracross staff integration

  2. On the Settings tab, tick "Sync staff profile photos"

  3. Save

Names will update on the next scheduled sync, or run a manual sync to see them right away. Questions? Reach out to your CSM.
