The Snapshot
You can now see automatic rolls while they're still in progress, and edit a student's attendance on the spot. You'll find them in Group records and in the My Students view on your Homeboard.
What's New
Automatic rolls that are currently running now show up in Group records and in My Students on the Homeboard. Open one to see how the roll is going for each student. If a student's attendance needs a change, you can edit it right there, without waiting for the roll to finish.
Why It Matters
A student who's slipping out of routine is easier to help early. Seeing automatic rolls as they happen lets you spot who's missing and step in that day, while there's still time to check in. Fixing a student's attendance mid-roll keeps your records accurate from the start.
Next Steps
- Open a Group record, or go to My Students on your Homeboard
- Find the automatic roll that's in progress
- Open it to see each student's status
- Edit a student's attendance if it needs changing, then save
